I offer both online and in person counselling. At the moment, due to circumstances surrounding COVID-19, I’m working only online.

I’m based in Bracknell, Berkshire. I offer counselling to clients in Bracknell, Berkshire and surrounding areas – such as Camberley, Crowthorne, Farnborough, Maidenhead, Reading, Slough, Wokingham and Woodley.

Online counselling is via Zoom, which gives an added visual aspect, missing in telephone counselling.

In Person Counselling

In person counselling is from a room at 4 Tocker Gardens, Warfield, Bracknell, Berkshire, RG42 2PP. There is ample street parking.

Online Counselling

I use Zoom. After we have made contact and a session is booked, I will send you a link to a Zoom meeting. Zoom is accessible via an app (Apple, Android, Windows) or web browser. It can be accessed using a smartphone, tablet, laptop or desktop. Here’s a link to a brief video on joining a Zoom meeting:

To keep thing secure and private, I have the waiting room option enabled. Once we have started the meeting, I will lock it, so that no one else can join. On the vary rare occasions that we may lose our internet connection, it will be worth trying to reconnect. If that is not possible for any reason, we can decide via phone what you would prefer to do. Depending on how long is left in the session, we could try a new Zoom meeting room, postpone until another time, or use phones instead.

If you’re looking for a Person-centred Focusing-oriented counsellor further afield, it would be worth seeing if John Threadgold has space available: http://newfocustherapy.co.uk/ working in Raynes Park, London or Peter Ryan: http://empathyzone.com/ who works in Euston, London. Or if you’re even further afield you could try Chris Rudyard, a Person-Centred counsellor, based in Liverpool: http://www.counsellingforliverpool.com/
